I had ordered 9 crystal's in Nov/24 with Johnsey and they were so beautiful and all but the 2 ornaments were gifts and the receipitants were over whelmed and just blew their minds. I just dealt with Pearl as I forgot to order 1 Large Rectangle crystal and her service was outstanding as I was having problems online with the engraving part so I called and in 15 mins she had everything done the way I wanted and ordered and I paid for it !! Awesome

Ordered a very sentimental christmas gift of my deceased pet indigo. fedex delivered the package to the wrong address. As a result the package was stolen. I was devastated as it was very sentimental and now it was gone. Fed Ex would not help even though it was a direct result of their error. I decided to reach out to 3dcrystal to see if they could help. They went above and beyond my expectations as the error was not their fault but the quickly shipped me out another and were very apologetic and emphatic. i am very happy with their customer service and integrity as well as the crystal heart pendant they made in remembrance of my dearly loved deceased Red nose pitbull, Indigo. I love the quality of your products , however I was disappointed that the free rectangle Keychain was cracked. I would have thought the persons packaging it would have noticed. I would have given 5 stars except for that.

What an excellent experience. We received our crystal with in days, all was well, but the base light display malfunctioned. We reached out to the 3D Crystal team and they replaced the base within days, what service! Very pleased, will recommend 3D Crystal to friends and family!
