Finditparts.com not only offered the sight glass, but offered it cheaper and faster saving the customer hundreds of dollars.

United States | 15 August 2015This is the second time I have ordered from FinditParts that I have been sent an email with a tracking number showing my order has shipped and the email has shown that apparently all parts were included in the shipment. This is the second time that when the order arrived, I was short one part. Nothing in the confirmation emails to indicate that I would not be receiving the entire order. And not even a follow-up email to notify me that a part would be shipping later. A previous order required in inquiry from me, a couple of follow-up emails, and a couple of months to receive the final (and very necessary!) part. In all fairness and why I gave three stars instead of one- what has been sent was shipped out very quickly and was well packed. Also, in sorting out the previous problem, emails were responded to with reasonable promptness. It is understandable that all parts might not be in stock. But I would REALLY like to know, either when I place the order, or when it ships, if I am not going to be receiving all the parts ordered, what parts will be missing, why they are missing, if they will be arriving later, and an approximate time frame in which to expect them.

Canada | 13 August 2015If you are from Canada source your parts from someone else. Find it Parts only ships with UPS who charge excessive brokerage fees. Do business with folks that use USPS, fair shipping rates and no brokerage fees. John from Find it Parts not willing to fix the problem, will never do business with them again.

United States | 11 August 2015The ordering process was simple. The parts were half the cost of the same parts at the dealer. No problem so far, and I'll order again. However, FIP may want to consider making other delivery services available to the customer... Even at a higher shipping cost. These parts sat in the UPS warehouse for two days because UPS doesn't deliver on the weekend... at least not around my neck of the woods. Two days. Then, when the parts ARE delivered, its late in the day, blowing any chance if getting this project done. When I experience lousy service from a company, I stop using them. FIP is not the bad guy here, UPS is. And this kind of delay and uncaring attitude from UPS is typical of UPS. That's why I don't use them if I can help it.

United States | 07 August 2015The parts came in a usps envelope so I don't understand why it took 7 days to get it to me other than when I called it didn't get shipped to quickly. I ordered the parts on Thursday and hadn't recieved any e-mail about the shipping yet on Monday so I called and it was just getting shipped on Tuesday. Seems like to long between the order and getting 6 lens covers out the door. I shouldn't have had to call at all.
