Had trouble selecting some lights for a trailer, and the fellow in customer service walked me through it. Took my description of the lights I wanted to replace, then suggested I send him a photo image just to make sure. Took no chance of a mistake and having to return and replace. Worked excellent. As for the Grote light I bought, they are as reliable as can be. Grote is the way to go. All in all, very satisfied with the product, but highly impressed with the service received.

Hey dude, whats happening. so i found this cylinder at finditparts.com, the price was good, but based on past experiences, you never really know when your gonna get it from these folks. so i ordered it like last week and didnt really hear about any shipping till this week. that bummed me out, then i actually had to click on tracing number, which is bad, then seen it wont be here till end of week....major bummer. it did show thursday so we finally got truck outa shop. truck been here since last week, kinda contradicts the name of our business.

The Light's Were Just What I Wanted At A Very Good Price!! Anyone Looking To Save On Parts Don't Look Any Farther!!!!!!!

I was looking for a magneto coil that was obsolete through the original equipment dealers, Several companies claimed they could supply this part, some, I had to log in to their site, fill in boxes with my information, send emails and wait days for quotes to come back. I found "Findit Parts" the same day, it showed the part as available and priced, and a quick check, the cost of the freight to New Zealand, probably took a quarter hour to do. At the end of the week, I had quotes for 5x, 10x even 500x with prices all in excess of 'Findit Parts', the worst being 10 times 'Findit's' cost. I only wanted 1x coil, I made the purchase, had the receipt emailed to me, checked the tracking the few days later, to see exactly where it was, the next thing it was sitting on my desk, delivered ahead of expected time. I am certainly going to use this site again.

I recently purchased trailer brake parts from find it parts. the online picture showed a set of 2 though I was really only buying one. The parts were misrepresented on the website. The shipping was also twice as long as advertised. I was not satisfied with my purchase and will have to source the other parts from another supplier
