United States | 08 November 2014Hard parts to find. Sal at FinditParts searched the country to find these parts. Their supplier mislead them on delivery but they did what ever it took to get me the part and at their expense.

United States | 08 November 2014Not only did FinditParts.com have the hard to find GM part I needed, they had it in my hands a few days later. I am very pleased. I will most definitely be referring FinditParts.com to my friends as well as checking here first for all my future needs.

United Kingdom | 05 November 2014.After a long issue with Finditparts, I was contacted by Brittany who is a first class employee who managed to sort my problem out amicably with me, the parts were sent to me in Europe and arrived within the week. First class service by UPS. I will use Finditparts again, and I do think if anyone has a problem they will sort it out if you contact them.

United States | 02 November 2014Thanks for your help in finding the discontinued Plymouth/Chrysler Transmission Vent I needed for my Plymouth Prowler. You guys went above and beyond with initial help in finding it and then answering my questions about it to verify it would be EXACTLY the up-graded Transmission Vent Tube I needed.

United States | 31 October 2014The part was delivered on time; however, the only problem was that the box was evidently dropped and torn open. The part had minor dents in it, so I would suggest better packaging and a warning label that the box is heavy.

United States | 30 October 2014Recently ordered a Haldex KN27000 ride height valve from Find it parts. Website showed the part as represented on Haldex's website showing threaded ends for fittings to be installed. Once I received the valve it was an updated style with slip fit connections that I could not use. Got a call the same day from Find it parts customer service asking if I received the valve and if it was the right part. Explained what i received wasn't what it showed on their website and she said the part had been updated and their site wasn't updated yet. Was told to go online and submit for an RMA which I did but was charged a re-stocking fee even though the part was wrong and their site was not accurate. Explained all of this to customer service today and was told that the picture was a generic representation and not accurate of part they offered. Different than original customer service person I talk to. Based on this experience I would not order from them or recommend anyone else to do so. It's a big internet so find what you need elsewhere with customer service like this from FIND IT PARTS.

United States | 29 October 2014Packaged delivered at 10:06 a.m. in an over-sized and padded box. Electrical connectors for my son's Z-28 Camaro project were first quality and a better gauge wire than the OEM parts.

United States | 27 October 2014Easy, fast and even a follow up call to make sure everything was correct. That dosen't happen much any more.

United States | 26 October 2014The ordering was easy. Returns are still a problem. I called for an RMA/RA # & was told to send the items back to the address on the box. I did via UPS, which was returned as "Refused" by recipient. I called again & was told to send to a different address, but still haven't seen a refund on my bank card that I used over two months ago. It cost me twice as much to return the item so I'm very disappointed in the return process. I wouldn't use them to buy again. Poor customer service. Karen Eakins

United States | 25 October 2014I ordered one pair of fog lights for a motor home. They apparently were packaged per pair though not advertised this way. SO...I ended up purchasing two pair when one pair was all that was needed. When I tried to return one pair (unopened) no one would help me. After many attempts to be helped, I just gave up. I guess, now, that I have a spare set and an added extra expense, and a 'not so great' customer service story.

United States | 24 October 2014I had used them in the past and they really helped me out a few times. The last two times I tried to order something they 1. Advertised having a part no one else could get. I called because my gut feeling told me that it was too good to be true, the person said yeah we can't get that part. He apologized, I said thanks anyway and he said he would update his system. My most reason transaction (almost) was purchasing a Federal Signal Controller part number #330104-SB it was advertised for 197.58, The ad made no mention of availability. But I am well aware of Federal Signal's shipping turn around time and had plenty of time to wait. So I ordered it (this is not a discontinued or a obsolete number that is why I didn't call for availability this time) About 30 minutes or so later I got a call from a Finditparts.com Rep. The lady who called me told me that the shipping time on this would be pretty long, I said no problem. She said that one of her other suppliers can get something with a part number of 330104 w/o the SB. (In my past dealing I am well aware that some distributors will drop the letters in the part number for federal signal). She wasn't sure if it was the same part. I said it was, but I really didn't care where they wanted to get it from since I had a lot of time on this project. I told her to get it where ever it was easier for her. She then proceed it to tell me she was going to get it from the supplier who listed the part number as not having the SB after it because they had it in stock and ready to ship. I'm like great Thank You for that. She then told me it was going to be 359 and some change. I asked why? She said because she had to switch vendors to get the part quicker to me. I said don't worry about time, get me the part you advertise for 197 and I can wait for the manufacture to ship it straight from their warehouse if that's the case. She said that wasn't an option anymore. I then asked her why they would advertise something, allow me to buy it, and then when they can't source it, try tricking me into buying the same part at almost a 35% higher price? I needed to think about it, I asked her again why they showed it in stock if they couldn't get it? She then said it was their business model to do so, they are a sourcing company, they find parts no one else can. She said it was a common practice in commerce. I told her that in my entire life as a consumer online and retail, I had never dealt with someone/company chaining an advertised price, when they could not get something they wrote rain-checks or stopped advertising the item. She couldn't fathom the concept, and then after some back and fourth she asked me for the order like any good sales person. I asked her to hold off (implying to cancel it) 4-5 hours later to my surprise she called back asking what I wanted her to do with the order, since I never called her back. I apologized that I didn't make it clearer earlier. I said cancel it. She asked why? I told her that A. either her price book for that part was out of date, or so out of line, that she advertised something above her cost now (she said they update costs daily) Then I said well if you don't have the item don't advertise as having it or being able to get it for a set price or at least put a disclaimer somewhere. She said it was something that is hard to find. About 15 seconds after she told me that, I found it on [external reference] for 230 dollars and with [external reference] it is free -2 day shipping they had 3 in stock. I told her [external reference] would never pull the same. And as of 10/23/2014 (I think I ordered it last Friday 10/17) they still have this part listed available for purchase for 197.58. Nowhere does it say price subject to change or availability . Inexcusable
