I am thrilled with the easel---except that one screw insert nut was missing from one of the wood holes and the knob insert doesn't work without the nut. The rest of the easel is just what I wanted. The light is nice, but the other end is quite mystifying...what is all that plastic structure supposed to fit into? I must have misread the description. We will use duct tape, I guess. Just an artist figuring things out for the gallery.

My company have been ordering displays from Displays2go for years. I never was treated so rudely until trying to get an order thru for the past 2-3 days. a rep named Amy said she was too busy to help with my order and concerns and to try calling so another rep can help. I ended up ordering on line even tho my company is tax exempt and the 10% coupon had no place to apply it. This company is going down fast when they can't even service long time customers. I was very disappointed!

The quality of the product, ease of use and installation as well as great delivery and customer service is why most of our office building now has them installed.

Stuff was broken and you replaced immediately

Awful because: 1. Differing color tints, even though both are cherry. 2. The nice looking cherry colored easel was missing holes for pegs on one arm. The base was also impossible to insert into the top portion. It was also missing hardware. 3. The lighter cherry had all of its hardware and had all of the peg holes, however was clearly a different tint, therefore I did not attempt to assemble. Also the tint is a very unattractive orange. 4. In addition, the color I had ordered was Honey, not Cherry. I did request, and received a full refund. Displays2Go did not want the easels back, so I threw them out.

These work great for our non profit and we have purchased 12 so far and will be buying more, so thank you for a great project for a great price.

The service at Displays2go was great. Prompt and the website was clear and helpful. The product I ordered was the hanging bar with clips. I did not buy this for it's intended purpose but to better organize my home. I would have liked the clips to have been stronger. The product is nice quality for what it was made for. I have made some adjustments and it still serves my purpose fine.
