Despite the double box packaging and the styrofoam edges, the display case arrived damaged - with one corner plexi hinge broken off. I can tell that it was merely inadequately glued. The case is also completely wrong for the purpose I intended and now I don't know what to do...my thought is to try to super-glue the broken hinge and donate it to a local museum, but I don't know if they will accept it. I simply cannot use it and now deem it a waste of my money. It was a great idea but I was too hasty with my purchase.

It turned out terrific. The price was great the product looks terrific. We are so well pleased. I hope in the future you add the 48 x48 size.

Great product, use them on all my work vans and trailers! Customers comment how convenient they are all the time. Even though they never see them until we grab a card out of them, lol!

Easy install and works fantastic... a little slow, but that’s quite alright. Looks good. If I could change one thing it would be the red led light that remains on constantly. But hands down the best TV mount in my opinion.

This far exceeded my expectations! For the price I was expecting it to be less, but I was really surprised! It was soooo easy to assemble. Literally I was finished in like 5 minutes! If you're thinking of buying this one, do it!

If it wasn't for our local FedEx office, I never would have received my order. None of your people did what they said they would. I never received any notice that after three months my back ordered item was even back in stock, and that it had shipped and multiple delivery attempts had been made. then I called and asked to have the items held at the FedEx store for me to pick up. I was told only a supervisor could do this and I would receive a call when I could pick it up at a FedEx store across town. It was released, no one called to let me know and it was not at the store I was told it would be. Your customer service leaves a very bad impression of your organization.

Plastic board was damaged during delivery and has a puncture on 1 side. Understand that is not your fault. I do have a picture of the cardboard box and sign if interested.
