I purchased a sign display rated for outdoor use. I got a defective product that has leaked since the first day it was installed. I finally got fed up enough to report the issue and customer service was painfully slow in response. After sending a first round of photos, I was asked for more photos (the displayed flyers inside the case were so wet that they started to mold) then told I'd waited too long to report the issue and no accommodation would be granted. It was a waste of money to purchase and a waste of money to have installed and a waste of time to contact customer service. So I'm starting over. With a different vendor, of course. Lame. I also tried to post this review on the Displays2Go website but kept receiving an error message. Convenient.

telescoping knob split while doing a practice run (didn't even make it to the convention). Can't find replacement knobs on the site. (SKU: RRUBS33BN) No instructions for LBV3186BK1. While I figured it out, it's not easy. Was very excited about both of these items when I ordered them, but the reality has been disappointing.

One key piece arrived deformed, not from shipping damage but from a manufacturing error. They shipped it out after I emailed a request, but I really wish they would include one extra bolt for cases like this.

Used Display 2 Go's display stand for a tradeshow. Fast Shipping, super easy to set up (less than 10 minutes), and great quality. Will definitely be using them again for future shows! Thanks again

Updated review as the custom support team reached out to make things right. I'd only advise that yo know what you want before you purchase since returning items is both expensive and frustrating. If you know what product you want, then this could be a good place for you to order from. If not, you may need to consider the fact that shipping is expensive and non-refundable AND that you'll need to pay for you own shipping back if you need to return something.

I like the display racks that I purchased. Not only are they exactly what I needed and what I ordered, they are very sturdy. One of my racks was stolen before I received delivery and displays2go rushed out a new rack to replace my order at no additional charge. I 100% recommend Displays2go.

The bag included in the display came teared.

Have been attempting to order a banner stand from them. The first time they sent me a message that they were cancelling my order because of fraudulent activity on my credit card. I checked with my bank and there was none. Then I ordered it again with a different credit card and got the exact same email back. The problem obviously isn't with my credit card and now I've got a banner with nothing to hang it on and not enough time to order a stand from anywhere else before an important business trip.

Ordered the Display2go 72 X 40 Double Magnetic White Board off Amazon. Had the product for 1.5 years and 2 of the wheels have cracked and broken off. Customer service's response below. Ease of ordering, on time delivery, and most importantly product was as advertised.

We've bought 2 of these sandwich board signs from them. They are really cheaply made and the plastic lens that come with it doens't fit correctly. We try and replace the defective product they try to hit you a min or of 3 to replace the defective part. I will not likely do business with this company again. They don't stand by the product and try to milk every last penny out of you instead.

Delivery time was perfect and the pop banner looks great! However we thought we were purchasing a 10 foot wide by 10 foot high display and it appears that it is not which caused an issue with our graphics.

Sale associates following up and making sure they have a satisfied and happy customer after the sale and merchandise delivered. That's a great business model! I definitely come back and do more business with Display2go in the future.
