Stabuilds’ senior engineer liaised with me via email and was very swift with their response. I received my detailed report within a matter of a days for my paid work. Stabuild and Walid were very easy to work with. This is the first time I have used a structural engineer and Stabuild made it very simple. It was quick to book a site visit with the office being very responsive and communicative, booking a slot quickly. Walid was very professional arriving bang on time and was easy to talk to about my project while setting expectations through his professional knowledge. Walid then drew up floorplans for both existing and final outcome and provided me with a report within the week. Following this, he was very responsive with my follow up questions. The service from Stabuild was excellent throughout and was great value for money. I'll be sure to use them again for future engineering needs.

Walid and the team at Stabuild are excellent. My experience with other structural engineers had been delays and additional charges. However, Walid has diligently stuck to all deadlines he has promised, gone beyond the job identified when he has spotted additional needs and remained committed to the process until the end, even when building control has been difficult. I have used their services twice and had the same experience both times.
