I contacted a variety of structural surveyors and Stabuild was the first firm to contact me and offer the quickest turnaround time on a visit and subsequent structural report. Walid has been professional, responsive and supportive with my follow on queries since the report was produced. Overall I have had a positive experience.

Stabuild did some drawings for structural support beams in place of a chimney breast that is being removed. Not only was Stabuild reasonably priced, but he was incredibly helpful through the whole process. I’d highly recommend to anyone requiring drawings for structural work.

Fast and efficient. I really appreciated also the assistance throughout the whole process. There were very minor misunderstanding in the first report (regarding my works planning, not the assessment by the engineer, which was clear throughout) but it was immediately amended. We are buying a house for the first time, and we asked Stabuild to assess whether it was structurally sound given that the vendor had done some work. Walid was amazing. He was super responsive, answered A LOT of our questions, was very reassuring and offered advice on other matters too. He also suggested to do his assessment in a way that wouldn't cost us too much money considering that at the time, our decision to buy the house was constrained to what he would find. He sent over a very detailed report with no delay. We strongly recommend Stabuild.
