Great assistance from them when their website, for some reason, shifted the amount of tiles ordered back to one each time I went to the payment page. The first time I didn't notice, so spent 3 times as much on postage as the cost of the one tile delivered. Very helpful conversation, not sure if problem was rectified, but order taken over the phone and some reduction given on second delivery of the correct quantity.

My order was then dispatched very quickly, I ordered them on a Friday morning and they were dispatched the same day and delivered to my home on the Monday, which I considered to be an excellent service.
