Delivery was very quick and looks fantastic in my new bathroom!

My ordered arrived promptly and when I had an issue with a couple of tiles with slight damage they were replaced with no quibbles!!!!

I ordered a border and was told when they would be delivered.I waited in the whole day and they didn't come.I rang and they couldn't find them then they told me that because I am in Northern Ireland I would have to pay £35 delivery.rather than cancel the whole thing I just cut down on the number of tiles the assistant amended my balance and I had already paid by card but was £1 short and couldn't believe he actually made me pay afterall the inconvenience I had I couldn't be bothered arguing that day but really when I bought and paid for the tiles on ebay and was told the delivery was£8 I think as good will they should've waived the £1 balance
