The process was good and the mosaic are beautiful and at a good price if you compare with others. But I checked on my order update and it just kept saying order pending. I never received a confirmation email or any other contact with them. Luckily I noted down my order when I paid. I was getting quite worried and contacted them on Tuesday ( I ordered before 10 on Monday) about the order and what was happening. Still heard nothing. About 6.30 pm I had builders at home and we discovered the box by the door. No one had signed for anything. It had just been left there. I'm happy with my order but the process of ordering needs more follow up.

Excellent website and service. Samples and then tiles arrived next day after ordering. An email dispatch and tracking service would be beneficial. Tiles are great quality.
