Ok here’s what’s great: the tiles were fantastically priced and probably the nicest mosaics I came across in my search. When I actually placed my order delivery was next day and the items were securely packaged. Here’s what’s not so great: I believed I had ordered on Friday 3rd of May, when my order hadn’t arrived by the Wednesday of the next week and I had received no communication I tried to contact them (it was a bank holiday weekend so I allowed more time) I had checked out with PayPal and I was given an order number- I didn’t realise that even though I was provided these details I still had to scroll to the bottom (on my phone it wasn’t visible) to actually confirm the order. This could be made clearer. I also messaged to ask about tile backers and if these would work with my rectangular mosaic and if these could be added to my order on the Tuesday and I got no response. Not even a “sorry there’s no order with this order number” When my builder told me he needed the tiles by Friday I panic ordered realising the order hadn’t been placed and as I wasn’t sure about the tile backers I didn’t buy them- now I’ve got a grumpy builder moaning about them not being the same thickness as the other tiles and I’ve had to order some from Amazon at a much more expensive price. Could have been avoided and worked out cheaper for me.

We wanted some mosaic tiles for our white bathroom to give it a splash of colour and match a lovely photo we have. You have soooo many to chose from and soooo many which are amazing. We finally chose the ones we chose to match with the colours in the photo. We are very happy with them and can’t wait to see what they look like when our bathroom is decorated in May. Ordering, delivery and payment were a piece of cake. The only difficulty was choosing the tiles from sooo many! Thank you
