Our boiler broke down terminally on the Monday before Christmas, JLN came out on the afternoon, diagnosed and were able to get us booked in for a replacement (just what we wanted a week before Christmas!) on the Friday. Suppliers turned up with all that was needed nice and early followed by JLN about 10 minutes later. They started by singing us a Christmas carol (sort of :-)) on the doorstep, then got to work after asking us what music we wanted to hear, it was the 80's. They were super friendly, professional and effecient, everything you'd want from a company. Carpets covered up etc, they just got on with the job, it took 3 hours from start to finish, absolutely brilliant, we couldn't have asked for more. We wouldn't hesitate for a second to recommend JLN, they're a great company, thanks Scott, Scott and.....we've forgotten your name, you know who you are, sorry.

Graig Tonks, another professional expert. Knew exactly the cause of problem, sorted within 45 minutes. This company seems to have so many pleasant, knowledgeable people working for them. So impressed with JLN.

Annual boiler service carried out by Craig. Craig was very polite, knowledgeable, efficient and helpful. I would highly recommend JLN.

From the moment I contacted JLN they let me know who was coming and when. On the day of the job I got a text to say the worker was on his way and was able to track his journey as he was not coming from just around the corner. From the moment the worker arrived he was friendly and happy to answer all our questions, even with a 6 year old asking him about where he lived and if he has any children 😂. He got to the root cause of our job quickly and was tidy when cutting the ceiling away to get to the leak. Job came is at the price I was quoted and house left tidy. Would definitely use them for future issues and recommend them to anyone else.

Installation of new boiler was smooth and they kept me informed at all times and arrived when planned. I found Kerry in the office very responsive, and Craig was also very helpful with any questions I had.

The JLN team have been brilliant. I’ve used them for nearly a decade. I use them for boiler services, regular plumbing requirement and they did two bathroom installations for me. But sometimes things don’t go quite right, that’s just life. The mark of a good tradesperson/company is how well they own these situations when they do happen. Within 2 days my issue was solved, I was given a full walkthrough of everything to make sure I was happy with it and the everyone who engaged with my request was super friendly - from the customer service team, to the service manager and the engineer who did the works.
