Fantastic friendly, fast and efficient service. I'd had issues with another company but JLN were brilliant by comparison - I even was able to get a same day appointment. Great they have an office too who manage communications. You also get a text when the engineer is en route to let you know time of arrival which is super helpful.

Prompt professional response to a last minute request for an urgent combi-boiler fit. JLN kept me informed at all times, with SMS messages and easy to reach customer service contacts. Job was professionally surveyed, costed at a reasonable price, and carried out exactly as quoted by a very competent engineer who arrived bang on time and did a really neat job. Rarely have I had such good service in these times of online obfuscation, and non-existent customer service by so many firms.

We have had to call them back on several occasions for a leak on a boiler and every time they have come as soon as they could, - a fact that was very much appreciated by my 95 year old Mum ! It is good to find a reliable company these days that provide such good service.
