JLN plumbing fixed a leak in our kitchen and the plumber was very quick and efficient.The price was very reasonable too.

A thorough inspection took place and a number of faults was picked up that was missed by previous companies, professional job and would recommend and use on a regular yearly inspection

Although the issue with our central heating couldn’t be resolved during the visit, Scott gave us some advice on how to proceed and a plan of how to work towards resolving the issue that wouldn’t involve unnecessary disruption and cost. It’s a pity Vaillant aren’t as customer focussed and flexible as JLN!

Lots of help when booking including name of engineer and time of arrival. On the day, got a text to say he was on his way. Really helpful engineer, sorted out my thermostat as well as servicing boiler. Would not hesitate to recommend this company

I needed an annual service for our boiler. Very impressed from first contact with JLN to the work being completed. I was kept informed by text at each stage, including notice of the operator's ETA which was, of course, most helpful. The operator was pleasant and quietly efficient.

Time for the anual gas services. Engineer arrived with in the time frame given, and I was able to track his arrival on line. Completed two jobs, and left everything as it was found. As always a great job done.

Boiler conversion to combi. Scott did a fantastic job. All the work was done to the highest standard and with minimal disruption. Very happy. Thank you Scott (and Paddy) and John who did the initial survey.

I was recommended Active Plumbing & Heating by supplier Genius Hub (Smart Heating Controls). I have spoken with Tom & Emma, who have been amazing to get things organised. Today, John came to our home (in Bicester) to complete "Phase 1" of project, installing new TRVs to our cast iron radiators. Our cast iron radiators caused some challenges for John, but he kept his cool and did amazing job installing the TRVs, commissioning them and recalibrating the boiler. "Phase 2" of project is to take place next week (setting up & commissioning) the Genius Hub system. Based on the experience I've had so far, I'd highly recommend Active Plumbing & Heating to complete your home heating and plumbing projects!!
