I would like to thank JLN, and in particular their plumbing engineer Scott who arrived promptly on time in response to the scheduled call out to repair my leaking bathroom waste pipe/bath-trap today. Scott assessed the problem, explained the solution, acquired the required part, and carried through the repair professionally - all done within one hour. I've called on JLN for various Heating & Plumbing tasks in recent years for my home. I will continue to do so simply because I've found them to be reliable in their response, service and there is a consistent level of quality in their work.

Needed a stop tap freeing off as it is in a very awkward position. The guys who turned up were positive and quick in dealing with it and also advised that an alternative option could be fitted if we wanted. This was a surestop device and I said I would speak to my elderly parents about it.

This is my first experience of JLN Plumbing and so far so good. They came when they said they would and made a good start on solving a tricky problem. They left the house tidy and didn’t charge the earth. It is nice to feel progress is being made after my previous plumber couldn’t be bothered.

Boiler Service booked in a few months ago and carried out as planned yesterday. Also did two smaller jobs we had pre-requested. Knowledgable fitter, offered advice and guidance when asked questions but wasn't sellling. Great service - would recommend them.

The second time we have used JLN - this time to fit a new mixer tap at our kitchen sink. The two guys that came did a great job - they had to find the stopcock, move our dishwasher, and get into an awkward space, and they did it quickly, efficiently and without issue. I have no hesitation in recommend JLN, and they would always be my first port of call for all plumbing enquiries.

I was extremely impressed with JLN Plumbing. I called them on a Monday they sent a engineer around the next day. The 2 engineer turned up on time, very professional and helpful. The job was completed on time and finished to to high standard, I would have no hesitation in recommending JLN Plumbing.

As always a brilliant service from JLN. Rang Monday morning for a quote to replace our shower that broke on Saturday night. Job was done the next day, Tuesday! Cannot fault this company.
