Gas Certificate Test undertaken in our home as part of Homes for Ukraine preparation. Had problem with a cracked flue seal we didn't know about and was fixed within days for us. The actual Gas Certificate Test was undertaken foc to us we paid for repair and were happy with both Engineers who came to our home. From when i telephoned the company to request for an engineer to attend the reception/operations staff were all polite, friendly and sorted out an appointment . George did a great job, he found where the leak was, (I had a leak from my shower into my kitchen), it was the waste pipe connection. George explained everything to me clearly, what was required, he went out and bought the parts he needed for the job, managed to remove my tile in one piece, and cut a small piece out of the kitchen ceiling.
