Excellent customer service from booking initial apppintment through to job completion. JLNplumbing installed a new shower, replaced the washbasin outlet pipe including new pop-up plug and also installed a ceiling extractor fan with vented roof tile. Scott was always on-time and very customer focused. Their location app which details exactly where their staff are while travelling to appointments is first class. An excellent job all-round. Would definitely recommend JLNplumbing and would certainly use again.

Jln plumbing rang me in regards to my previous review, mentioning that the previous plumber had left a massive hole in my wall, they have apologised and sent out another plumber to fill the hole for me. Plumber arrived, lovely chap with great customer service, completed the job and left everything tidy. Happy customer!

Great service as always from JLN. Scott and Josh make a great team. They both have such a great attitude to their work and both of them are so friendly and personable. They removed our old radiators with minimal fuss and replaced them with 4 lovely new ones. Highly recommend JLN.
