The company's representative visited my house at the agreed time to undertake a survey of my bathroom to support a quotation and was very helpful in offering advice based on his vast experience. The detailed quotation was also provided within the timescales agreed.

Engineer was only told to service my boiler and not the gas fire as discussed in an email, then Engineer hit my wall while driving off my drive.

This company were both efficient and very profesional. The job was completed within a reasonable time with no mess. I would recommend this company

Fast, efficient and tidy. Yes it was a quick job for a professional and the cost can seem high as they have a basic call out fee. But it’s saved me a whole lot of stress. Can’t recommend them enough and they will be called back for any other jobs if they are available.

I didn't know if it would ever be possible cause of where I live, but now that dream is achieved thanks to you! I know the install was particularly difficult at times (sorry!), but from the initial quote, through the install process, all the way to the extra work carried out at the end, it was all done professionally, and with high energy. I was kept well informed along the way, it felt like everyone involved always had my best interests in mind and I enjoyed watching everyone put their heads together to overcome any hurdles they ran into along the way, without any complaints. Really excellent service all around, and would recommend to everyone.
