Always the first place I look for anything horse related as their prices are usually most competitive and they have a lovely range to suit all pockets. Super quick delivery. I have never had to return an item but suspect that service is the same!!

Really enjoyed the recent online auctions. Spent more money than I should but the daughter didn't complain. Items were an excellent price, good quality & a very efficient purchase & paying system. The Christmas Advent calendar was also a brilliant idea & lovely pressies bought. Thank you Hope Valley Saddlery, wish you had a store closer to us here in Norfolk! No complaints here!

Absolutely brilliant service.. Having ordered an item I needed quite urgently for a show.. . I received a phone call and personal promise I would get it on time... And omg... It arrived earlier than expected... I was so happy... Wat excellent service...

I recently attended HVS’s sample warehouse sale and oh my days, how fabulous. Tbh I thought it would be old stock in not very useful sizes but how wrong I was! I bought some incredible bargains all for just over £200. The sale was very busy but well managed and staff were really patient and polite. I also buy online regularly as they have great bargains, huge stock & also give you the option of collection from their warehouse which many companies don’t always do. So pleased to see a local company looking after their customers 🐴

Really helpful when i had an issue with a pair of Ariat leggings i had ordered. The customer service team contacted Ariat and arranged for a replacement or a refund. excellent communication and genuine care for my request.

Excellent range but best to buy in store from stock. This is as in my experience a few times I've ordered and waited a while for delivery only to receive an email telling me not available! Stear clear of Horseware riding tights, they came mouldy not just once but twice! I know they are almost half price but come on please! When in store you know what you are getting and the condition.

Have contacted customer services many times and have always been incredibly helpful. Returns process is quick and easy and delivery is fast and efficient. I highly recommend. They’re my go to for horsey items!

First time at the Hopevally warehouse sale this weekend. Came away with a bag full of goodies. Would highly recommend.

Had a delay with my order due to COVID but the customer service team were really friendly and let me know what had gone on. But Hope Valley is still my go-to for anything horsey! Always have fantastic deals on and a great range of products. I just wish returns were a little simpler!

i purchased a pair of horseware paddock boots, however they cracked within 2 months of light wear and were unwearable. I contacted hope valley where i was put in contact with Lisa from the returns department, who promptly organized a refund for me after contacting Horseware to ask their opinion. the refund was processed within 2 days and i was able to get another pair of boots. overall really happy with the service i recieved and will happily shop again knowing any problems are quickly resolved. Thank You.

Excellent visit to Hope Valley recently to buy some Ice Vibes. Really helpful friendly staff. Very fortunate to have the Somerford store locally. Huge range of products competitively priced!

I would 100% recommend Hope Valley Saddlery. The sales, competitions and regular auctions are amazing and super helpful if your looking for a cheap alternative to equestrianism. The wide range of brands is great and I can always find what I’m looking for. I would recommend you shop in store rather than online though! It’s a lot less hassel if you get can you one of their stores 😉

Hope valley run some fabulous auctions where you can pick up some right bargains, I managed to get one on a auction and the delivery was super speedy!! Definitely recommend and would shop again

I've been ordering from hope valley for over 2 years now, they do a large range of items and brilliant sales! My orders always arrive early as well which is a bonus as I don't like waiting once I've seen something I want! I would 100% reccomend to any horse owners/riders to go have a look at what they have!

Staff are very friendly in store with a wide selection of items. Fast delivery when ordering online. Would 100% recommend!
