I really don't want to give it one star. I am so disappointed with this company. It's my first time and my last. I purchased an ombre custom wig. It took 2 months to get it and when it arrived I immediately realized that it was over processed making the ends thin and wheat like. I called the company and got no answer so I emailed them and told them I wanted to return the wig to be fixed. They told me because it was a custom wig I could not return it and that they checked the wig before it was shipped. Emailed them again asking if they could at least fix the wig and I received no response. I should have just thrown $286 in the garbage because this wig is choppy at the root where the ombre begins, some areas the blonde is just cut off from the brown due to over processing.

HIGHLY RECOMMENDED. You get exactly what you pay for...or maybe a little bit more. This company’s hair texture and hairline , even the way the cap is constructed is outstanding and I can’t explain how cool it is to get a free elastic band with the wig. The overall presentation is so professional. And if you’re ordering 180% density I guarantee it’s worth the waittttt. They are trustworthy.

I got this wig on their clearance stock sale which is slightly cheaper than purchasing the unit outright. The density is 200% which is great except there are still a lot of filler hairs (only reason for 4 out of 5). Color on this unit was brassy so I soaked it in purple shampoo. I only cowash this unit once a week. I keep the hair products to a minimum when styling. Straightens and curls beautifully.

I love premier lace kinky wigs. I gave them 4 stars only because I specifically asked for no baby hairs and I still got them. Other than that I absolutely love my wig.

I ordered Indian remy wavy hair and it was terrible got very tangled and dry and I did treatment on the hair that was send on how to care for the hair, very stiff worse hair I’ve bought I don’t think I will buy from premier lace wigs again and I won’t recommend anyone to by this hair
