I didn't to much like the body wave human lace wig, that was the first one I ordered, but I did like the wet and wavy kinky curl the second wig I ordered, it is amazing!!!

I received the wig and although the hair was beautiful; It's not what I ordered. I order the wig 16 inches long. The length of the wig I received is not 16 inches long. The front of the wig measures 12 inches long stretched and the back of the wig measures 16 inches long stretched. I request an exchange for a wig that is fully 16 inches long wig (front and back).

I've gotten many wonderful wigs from this company, but the one I most recently purchased is awful. I've only been wearing it for a couple weeks and it's already baling up at the nape, falling out in clumps, shedding so bad that I had to buy another unit, and some of the worst tangling I've ever seen.

Customer service was good whilst I was placing my order and the unit was delivered quickly even during the pandemic. The hair looked ok but had an odour. The lace was too dark for my complexion. After the first wash, during which dye started coming out, the texture changed. The back is particularly affected. It's coarse, dry, brittle and still has an odour. I am so disappointed.

I love the wig I purchased. This is my third time buying it. Very good quality for a good price. Customer service is amazing. They were very prompt and kind. Thank you!

Wished it was better quality hair

The hair is very soft, slight smell to it from the wash but styles nicely I lifted the color to my liking took color extremely well hair barely sheds. I'll be buying more hair from them next time I want to try a custom wig ☺️ thanks so much to Nia for being prompt and making sure I have all my things in order!

Love the hair. Colors well the only thing is it had a few fly away hair nothing bad about that. The down side is very short parting to the sides, not everyone like a middle part. But I love it

SMELLS LIKE FISH WHEN THE HAIR IS WET, AND NOT ALL HUMAN HAIR AND POORLY CONSTRUCTED . Order # 20200829000911> Returned the fishy smelling synthethic wig that was supposed to be humasn and they refuse to refund. There is no way thaty these positive reviews exists on here. This wig is super soft and the texture is amazing. The hair line is amazing. I would definitely buy again. The hair curled very nicely and it stayed. I didn’t give it four stars because while I’m a 22.5(med) cap it fit a little short at the side burns, and the knots where very hard to bleach. But I worked it out. I’ve gotten so many compliments. I ended up putti g foundation on it. I don't regret buying it. Love it.
