4 starts only because I haven’t installed the hair yet. I ordered the hair Tuesday night and received it at my door Friday morning, so I’m super impressed with the shipping. The hair isn’t as full 150% density should be in my opinion but it feels really really great when you run your fingers through 2 weeks later and the hair is not so corporative anymore. I would simply advice against purchasing. This definitely doesn’t take from the shipping experience and maybe other products are great but not this unitz .

They were very responsive, but I was a little received when the website stated their were free exchanges, but I was told I would have to pay for shipping.

The wig felt really natural and real, I asked for long hair and it was delivered, it smelled nice and they gave two wig caps and elastic bands to help secure the wig. Overall, it was good I only wished the packaging was delivered better because it came all crushed up otherwise that, there's not really much to complain about.

Wig is thin When rinsed and air dried no curls just waved Ordered 14” this hair comes mid back and not sure it won’t frizz or tangle when cut

It's an excessive amount of shedding for a wig of any texture. Also, I tried to dye this wig, twice... The color only lifted two levels. I won't be purchasing from this company again.

I love the customer service that premier lace wigs provides.Had a baby shower August 25th and needed the lace front wig before that Saturday.Mercy told me to put my order in the previous Monday on August 20th and put a note by it that I needed it to arrive before Saturday she did just that.The wig came three days later and it was phenomenal!!! The only reason I gave them 4 instead of 5 is because of the time it’s taken me to get my units. I order my units with transparent lace, and I’ve ordered 5 thus far, and each time it takes 7-9 weeks to get my unit despite the fact that their site says it’s only an additional 30 days.

The wig was very poorly constructed. I've purchased many wigs and by far this the messiest weft construction Some of my wafts were not even seen down.

Wigs were late ordered small caps got 1 small the other medium 6 days delivery normally 3 days when I email to inquire they told me they tried to deliver but weren't even sent so they lied. Not happy
