Hair sheds a lot and isn’t as manageable as I thought it would be. It has a decent curl pattern just dryer than expected but I love the full lace cap. It’s on point, the parting is definitely up to par, just wish I choose a different hair texture instead of such a tight curl

I recieved this unit and I love it! Texture and curl pattern of hair is amazing! Also holds a good curl, after I blowed dried and flat ironed. I would recommend this & I will be purchasing a different one In the future

The curl pattern was not at all what it looks like in pictures. Also, the wig is super thin and spacey. I had to add more bundles. Not happy and will not be buying from this company again

Service was excellent, response to my online question was quick and helpful, and the deliver of my wig was way quicker than expected . Product quality was great.

Communication between the seller and customer is always fast and true to there word. The hair quality is great and shipping is fast depending on the unit. I have no complaints whatsoever about this company.

Please note that customization of a wig takes 10 business days. But when you receive your unit you will be pleased. I will be back to purchase from this company again. Communication and follow-ups could be better. But the wig quality is superb

Customer service was lacking. After I placed my order I didn’t hear anything from the company for over a week. I called the company to follow up on the status and was told the unit would be sent that day. Once I received the unit I was disappointed to find that tracks were showing due to the denisity of the hair. I purchase wigs all the time but I’ve never dealt with this company before. Not a pleasant first time experience.

I was very happy with my order. The hair is absolutely beautiful! It takes hair products very well. Minimal to no shedding.. Excellent communication from the seller, and I received the hair within 5days. I’ll forsure order again<3

Great service and great communication awesome products the only reason for a 4 star is because they only accept payment thru PayPal which I no longer have because of a fraud issue other than that no complaint
