The hair doesn't come straight and perfect out the box. You have to straighten and go through it with a flat iron a couple of times. But I absolutely love the results after the flat iron. The quality is good. And the hair came fast. I believe it was a little under a week. But I would recommend this, and definitely will be purchasing again.

Omg I am in loooooove with this beautiful hair. It’s so soft and pretty. I ran my fingers through it an there were no snags or tangles. There were a few strands that came out but nothing major. Overall I’m very impressed and will be purchasing again!!

Super super soft and you don't need to flat iron it much. Though I needed to sew on the elastic band, it was nice that it came with one

I ordered my product and did not receive it until 2- 3 weeks later. this was due to the colour being out of stock, I didn't find out about this until I inquired. They shipped it to my as soon as they could and customer service's communication was really good. This is the second time this happened when ordering from Premier. I feel like it should be clearly stated when a colour or product is out of stock . But I am really happy with the hair over all, and got it in time for my event. Thanks guys
