Craig from the sales team was excellent, provided prompt updates and 'tailored' the canopy to my specifications at no extra cost. Once the order was confirmed, Matthew provided updates on production and delivery. A1 product and A1 customer service. The delivery arrived next day, as promised and wrapped in miles of bubble wrap to protect the product in transit. The canopy itself is excellent, easy to assemble. I assembled alone in one day and it looks beautiful. Everything down to the self tapping steel screws are of good quality and design itself is faultless. Highly recommended.

Loft hatch and ladders very good quality and easy to install. The only problem is the pole to open and close the hatch as a plastic end which keeps slipping and is to short.

The customer service was excellent. The product arrived on time and was relatively simple to fit. Can be done by one person however, refitting the springs may require help, but only for 2 minutes. Watch the video on the website, especially the bit about fitting two temporary support straps...this really makes life simple.

This company is fine but they were let down by poor performance of the carrier DX. The product is good but due to a lack of clear instructions for use I have already broken it and now have to buy from them a replacement component for £20 which is about 4 times what it is worth.

Ordered loft hatch next day delivery, give them 4 days emailed them yes I can except things can go wrong from time to time but customer service shocking.
