Received A thermostat and installed it only to find it was defective. I purchased another locally then called to return it and was told they would call me back with instructions. Two days and no call back, so tomorrow I will file a dispute with my credit card company.

Ordered the anti billowing stops and spacers for slide toppers. Very satisfied with the shipping and items. Only complaint was I couldn't find the black spacers and I know that they carry them. So I ordered the white ones and painted them.

They couldn't help me verify that the part I was ordering was correct. Luckily an outside source looked at it and said it was right so I ordered it. That's where the problem started. I ordered an item that weighed 1 ounce and and fit in a 1 inch zip loc bag for 8.99 and they charged 9.95 to ship first class mail. They could have stuck it in an envelope and slapped two stamps on it for less than a dollar. I ended up paying over 19.00 for a one ounce package of two plastic knobs. They knew they had me in a bind and took full advantage. I will never shop there again

This was more than likely not Dyers fault, but I order a Coleman MAch III PS RV roof C 13.5 in white and black was delivered also the with saem order/delivery I had a Deluxe no-ducted Coleman Ceiling assembly that was never delivered. However Dyers was very very proactive in getting the issue resolved. They made sure I got what I ordered and I'm very satisfied. Again no fault on there behalf. Leaf Springs I placed orders with 2 other company for replacement leaf springs for my 5th wheel camper. Both other companies had the parts on back order. When ordering from Dyers, the parts were in stock and shipped within a day or two. Very happy to get the parts I needed right away. Everything fit and works great.
