Excellent accurate customer service. I needed to confirm a part number that had specific capabilities and my CSR Deb got the right information from the manufacturer quickly in order for me to purchase the correct parts for my application. The second item of my order was back ordered with an anticipated wait time of weeks, Dyer's came up with it in days obtaining from a different distributor. You can't ask for a better, all-around vendor that knows customer service. Their pricing is very competitive if not the lowest on the internet.

We ordered 4 items and one of them was faulty. They replaced the faulty item lickety split and it worked fine. Excellent customer service.

Dyers RV is a Great shop! They had what I needed, got it to me quicker than Amazon, and 2 local RV stores in the local area. And their prices beat both local shops by $200.00 and actually for what I paid got 1 more part than the local shops. Can't beat that. They are my go too shop from now on!
