The drawer guide broke on a drawer in my RV. I ordered the part and received it in less time than predicted. It was a perfect replacement and in less than 5 minutes the drawer was operational again. It was so easy but my wife thinks I am a regular repairperson. Lucky I ordered extra.

I ordered the RV pump through Amazon to replace a pump in our motorhome. It arrived earlier than anticipated. It was not an exact replacement (the original pump model had been discontinued) for the original but that was not a problem. When I first turned on the pump it made more noise than the original, but that too was not a major issue. Later when we were getting ready for a trip I turned it back on to wash my hands then turned the water off but the pump kept running. I contacted Amazon, they worked with Dyers, I returned the pump for a refund. There was no issue with Dyers. The defective problem was not with Dyers but with the pump manufacturer.
