I was in need of a consistent and dedicated maths teacher for my son. In spite of trying a number of them I was never satisfied. Thankfully Heytutor provided good math teacher who was not only consistent but very dedicated and hardworking. My son used to hate maths as he was never been able to get a grasp over the subject. The teacher sourced from hey tutor was trustworthy efficient and effective with his work. Now I am very happy with the performance of my son in the subject and his overall concepts thereto.

THis company is one to stay away from...they have a 10 hour minimum...once they realized that I didn;t need 10 hours, they quickly tried to end the call...politely but quickly. There was no flexibility...their tutors, they explained don't want to take on jobs for less than 10 hours. Not everyone need that much help! I would not recommend them as they appear to be interested in making money rather than helping people...there was no wiggle room...10 hours or nothing!

This company does not even deserve one star. I completely agree with the last review - this company is a total scam. You would be better off taking your money and burning it because chances are you will never be matched with a decent tutor or one at all for that matter. I have a 15 year old son with autism who gets great grades but just needs some extra help which I explained to Patrick when I called. He assured me that they had many tutors with experience working with kids on the spectrum and Patrick even spoke to my son and told us both we would be matched up in a few days. He then talked us into the most expensive package of $2000. A week or more later and no word. After I called back we then finally received a call from a tutor who not only did not have experience with kids with autism, he had only tutored once before. I then called Patrick back and was told by someone in his "office" (I think it's a home-based co.) that we would be matched again right away. Another 2 weeks go by and nothing. I call back asking for a refund and was told there would be a 20% "service fee". After putting up a huge fight they were so very kind to reduce it to 15%. These guys are dirty, con artists. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!!!!
