I am a regular customer, who’s been ordering for years now! Everything was smooth and OKAY until i made a huge mistake and ordered a wrong item! Been contacting them for days now to resolve the issue of a single return! It’s too complicated and consumes a lot of time amid busy days! I gave 2 stars not one because they have one of the best contact lenses but very unprofessional customer service. Very disappointed after all those years being a customer and referring them to all my friends in US.

I received 4 packs of lenses that were damaged. They had cuts in them and irritated my eyes. When I brought this news to the company they would only replace ONE of the FOUR lenses. They also required me to pay for shipping. They also informed me that if I had any problems in the future that they would not help me at all. Please be careful and do not use this company. They lenses have become toxic, they use to be good but now it is a health risk. I am very disappointed but will be shopping elsewhere.

Today I received my lenses I was honestly surprised at how comfortable they are! They don’t dry my eyes out like other lenses and the lense power was spot on. Customer service was great too they were able to help me add something to my order after it was already confirmed 🙌🏼

I was very appreciative at the promptness of your delivery ,and the quality and comfort level ( somewhat ) though ,I did have to use eye drops as I found them a little dry. I found after looking again ,that the ‘ brilliant blue ‘ would have been a more suitable choice to match my eye- colour ,though - than the ‘ turquoise’ I thank you kindly for your assistance and follow- up .
