Be aware lens.me is Solotica.com. I ordered 2 pairs of contacts from them for nearly $200. Both of the lenses were awful, but I only asked for a refund on one of the lenses. I didn't realize prior to my purchase that lens.me and Sky Optical, LLC were Solotica.com. I submitted an honest review on the Solotica naturals and hidrocor that I received in the disappointing order. Lens.me eventually contacted me claiming they will make an exception and refund me or send me new lenses. They even said that they pulled up their records and saw that I had issues with an order from them in the past. After they jogged my memory that I did in fact deal with them before, I did not want new lenses because this was now the second time I attempted to order authentic Soloticas and instead received low quality lenses that caused me discomfort, were blurry and looked unnatural compared to the former product I used to purchase from a trusted Brazilian seller. This low quality product is now what Solotica has come to unfortunately. I opted for a refund and lens.me customer support said that they will refund me only if I remove my review from trustpilot. I think this is an unethical request for a company to make. It is pretty much bribery. I am hoping my credit card company is able to recover some of my money back.

DO NOT RECOMMEND!! DO NOT SHOP HERE! IF YOU RECEIVE A FAULTY ITEM THEY WILL NOT HELP YOU!! Ordered 2 pairs of lenses. They Sent me faulty lenses. One of them were so painful and uncomfortable. I Sent an email explaining 1 was fine and the other was not, therefore I had to use 1 lense from my other ordered pack. Their response to me was to put the uncomfortable faulty painful lenses back into my eye and make a video? Then said they’d refund me for 1 lense?? And I’d have to pay for returns abroad? It would cost me the same amount as what they would probably refund me???! Absolutely ridiculous. I ended up buying again from another company.

Ok the good the shipping and delivery was amazing. The lenses were received in the UK in about 5 days. The bad is that the lenses are terrible. I ordered Anesthesia Addict Blue and they are terrible. The pupil hole is super large and they are super fake looking in general. They are also mega uncomfortable too. Don't believe the YouTube videos about this product, I was sold on how realistic they are but nope unless you wanna look like a cross eyed zombie take my word for it and save your money.
