Firstly, on their website, they sometimes advertise lenses which they don't have in stock. This has happened a couple of times. Then, once they receive your money, they then recommend a more pricey alternative. Why repeatedly advertise items that you don't have in stock? In my opinion, this is false advertising. Secondly, they say that they have live chat function and advertise on their website that they provide 24/7 in house customer service and work day and night to cater to their customers. According to my recent experience I can only conclude that these are lies. I have emailed them several times, sent them WhatsApp messages, called numerous times to ask about my PAID orders and I have received no response from Lens.Me. I'm still trying to contact them to see if they will be able to send me the items which they have taken the payment for. This is unbelievably shocking customer service. I have purchased from them in the past. Their service used to be better before. However, in the past year or so, their service has become progressively worse. I'm extremely disappointed by their poor customer service.

Simply put, the service was above average.

I have been trying for months to order these specific contacts in the US but was being told they were discontinued. Not so with lens.me. They assured me these were in stock and not discontinued. This company is responsive, helpful and efficient. I love my lenses - thank you!

Always fast and prompt service and fast shipping

I ordered from this site before a couple of years ago and this time I the delivery was even faster and the lenses came with a cute complimentary lenses bag. I love the brands they carry and the company is legit. I’ll be purchasing again from them.

I am very happy with the experience I had with lens.me. They were quick to respond to my inquiries and also went out of their way for me and double checked to make sure they had stock for me. They seem to have better stock and service than most online contact lens carriers. Thank you lens.me staff for being so helpful and great customer service.

It is like those old mail in cards from comic books... It will be a surprise if and when you actually get what you paid for. In my case, not expecting ever. And customer service is non existent.

Product travelled all the way from Dubai to Canada. The tracking was very detailed and precise with arrival date. The order itself was well packaged and came with an extra little gift. What's worst than terrible? Only this company. Made a purchase but literally next minute requested to cancel it. They answered saying they could change the order for me. Soon I saw the payment went through I've requested them to return my money and they didn't reply. I've opened a dispute case through my bank. Avoid waisting your time.
