Amazing customer service and extremely good knowledge made it really easy for me to purchase the car! He also followed up with a phone call to check in on how I was doing which I was really grateful for! I will definitely be coming to a691 County Durham for more cars in the future.

I recently viewed a Range Rover evoque at the dealership where I was met by Anthony who at first seemed nice I explained I was looking to change my car a golf gt tdi for something more practical we went inside so he could value my car which was purchased in nov 2023 for 8000 I was fully aware that I would not receive 8000 however after Anthony typed the car plates into we buy any car who let’s be fair are there to buy cars as cheap as possibly they offered 3750 he then went on to say they could only offer 4000 claiming it was due to the length of time I owned the car and started talking about negative equity which I already explained my car would be paid off before it was put in so this wouldn’t make a difference he then asked me a very personal question as to how I intended to pay my current car off which I feel is completely unprofessional and frankly rude I said it was personal and he claimed I wouldn’t be able to get a better offer else where I then left and told him I was no longer interested in buying a car from them I went around the corner to Pullman who proceeded to offer me 6000-6500 for my golf so clearly a690 car sales are trying to give lower valuations to rip people off I won’t be returning and will be telling everyone I know who is looking to purchase a new car to stay clear of there arrogance

Great customer service from Anthony at A690 cars. When buying a used car there are always lots of questions and Anthony did his best to answer all of them and followed up on any outstanding questions, following my initial visit to the show room. Ultimately this gave me confidence that the vehicle I was interested in was the best of its kind in the local market, and worth the purchase. The car was presented beautifully, with a full valet, full history, full MOT and we have been very happy with it since purchase.
