Another great experience from A690. a month after buying a LR from them my partner had seen a MINI. A week from seeing the car to driving it home. Non pushy staff and couldn’t have asked for more from them. Always at the end of the phone and helped me through the whole process from the start to finish. Definitely recommend to anyone in the market for a high quality car See you in a few years.

Extremely helpful, he even collected me from the station, showing me around the car and explaining the car thoroughly. The Salesman (Antony) spent time discussing and identifying my needs with regards to choosing my next vehicle. He then showed which cars they had available and were “potentials”. No attempts were made to push me into making any personal decisions, but offered guidance and information. After choosing and taking delivery of my new (5 year old) car a couple of very minor faults were discovered. These were rectified within hours. I wish I had used A690 Specialist Cars in the past instead of the highly advertised big names. They obviously try their hardest to protect and enhance their week deserved reputation.

Absolute pleasure from start to finish, I had my new car ready and able to drive away in less than a week, Andy made the buying experience such a good one with no pressure and everything was done at a steady pace no bombardment or over sell just a great positive experience, the staff are so friendly and genuine, I would recommend these guys to anyone looking to buy a new car!

Couldn’t recommend A690 any more, travelled from Manchester to collect my car and they made the whole experience spot on. What I like most about these guys is that once the sale had been completed the aftercare and help that followed went completely above and beyond expectations. Theres never any pressure, just the facts and honesty. I dont buy every car i own from A690, but they are always the first garage i go to.

Found my dream car on auto trader with A690 specialists - I was able to reserve online & the dealership contacted me straight away to confirm the car will be reserved and they then sent me a very detailed walk around video of the car so I could see every part of it, which was great as I live around 2.5hours from the dealership. They were fast to respond to all my questions & I cannot fault them at all. I would 100% recommend them for anyone buying a car. Lovely team & so helpful. The aftercare has been spot on too & they are so fast to get back in touch & help with anything, I had a concern that the breaks were making a noise and they booked me straight in to the nearest land rover specialist to have it looked at and paid under warranty to have the issue rectified, no problems or hassle at all. I really cannot fault them, communication, the ease of everything, the car - what a fantastic team! I would definately use them again in the future. These guys are Amazing at what they do. They went out of there way to help me in every aspect of the car buying process. from videoing the car so i could see it in more detail to talking me through the whole process to getting it through the garage for some final repairs, detailing it all. The team at A690 went above. even picking me up for the train station when travelling to view the car in person. these guys are grate i even had the opportunity to message them even after hours and they would still kind enough to reply to my random questions at 7:30 in the evening. Their attention to detail is impeccable. they did all that in a Very short space of time form viewing and chatting on the phone to getting it in the garage including ordering parts getting on a train and getting picked up and buying the vehicle in less than 3 days. like so many before me i will deffo be using them again and defiantly recommend them to ANYONE regardless of the distance. it will be worth your time. to the A690 specialist car teal thank you again for all your help. i appreciate more than you no. thanks

I have now bought 2 cars from these and all I can day is they are excellent. They are very professional and always put the customer first. When you buy a car it always comes out basically brand new and sparkling. I wouldnt buy anywhere wise.

Where do i start well with the boss phil a born leader top guy and i think very fair and his loyal manager paul first Hands on says how it is either good or bad news always has an answer and at the end your car normally gets fixed by pauls staff . The youngan on front desk made for that job . Knows his stuff and the link between paul into the work shop ect .what i mean is handling the customer on arrival to sitting waiting to a hire car a real good lad . Great set up by phil oldroyed but you need good staff and he has them in abundance . Back to paul a very hands on leader in the work shop your a lucky firm having paul on board which not many car businesses have fact . Respect to all the staff a good team .
