A good piece of kit at a reasonable price given the quality of the product

Very poorly packaged for delivery - no outer casing or protective wrapping. Simply, the products were exposed (in their transparent original cases) & just had an address label stuck onto them. A box & bubble wrap would have ensured their safe transit & delivery. This was disappointing. Despite the items being overpriced, I'm pleased to say that they do look the part & appear to be quality products.

Great product, high quality. Prompt and polite customer service using the Chat system. I felt the delivery charge of £9 for one item was a bit high.
