The courier did not deliver as anticipated which was through no fault of Easy Merchant which meant I had to source another roll. EM quickly refunded my money smoothly and were professional and easy to deal with which was refreshing. I would definitely deal with them again.

I cannot fault the customer service provided by Nathan. He deserves a medal. However, the mention of 24 hour delivery service is misleading and the product arrived after it was required. I now need to meet the cost of return. They are prepared to refund the item despite stating it is a bespoke product and therefore they do not usually accept returns. I was not aware that it was considered bespoke at the point of purchase. I am significantly out of pocket because of this experience and would not recommend the company.

Easy & fast to order punctual delivery good value

Really easy ordering process and straightforward website to navigate. Delivery driver was helpful and removed my order from the pallet and took the pallet away for us - so no tip run for me later. I really appreciated him doing that for me. The drainage supplies, perforated pipe, non woven membrane, and junctions were all of good quality and I'm content with the price I paid - competitive. Would use again and recommend to my mates.
