I called in the morning because we needed a product urgently. The man who answered the phone checked with dispatch staff that it would fit in my car and that they could get it cut ready for afternoon collection and called back within five minutes to confirm. Staff on site just as good. I wish all businesses were as helpful.

Great service and fast delivery, some of the kit were on backorder but instead of delaying the whole delivery they delivered what was in stock and the last missing piece then came a week later.

I wanted to buy an item of an unusual size that was not offered by other suppliers. I called to check that the dimensions were correct. Lainey sent me a data sheet and then sent photographs of the item with a tape measure across the critical measurements, so I could see the dimensions for myself. When I identified that the item was not the right size, Lainey requested similar photographs from me, which I sent. She then tracked down an alternative product which was a perfect fit; and checked with me later so see if it was correct. Good customer service is currently so hard to find but this support was exceptional and demonstrates how it should be done. Above and beyond. Well done.
