Beautiful cuff links and my husband loved them. 14th Anniversaries are traditionally ivory but as I wouldn’t ever want to buy this (thank goodness this is illegal now) it made perfect sense to buy him these beautiful little silver elephants from a company that celebrates Africa’s wildlife as it is. Beautiful packaging and beautiful presentation box. A lovely gift. The experience was just fabulous from stepping through the door as the shop is beautiful and the layout and jewellery areas is done so well. It feels very calm whilst luxurious but accessible too - quite a combination. The service too was exemplary, no pressure but so knowledgable - very much appreciated. Plus I met Mascot who was gorgeous and made my trip to the shop! I bought the larger pansy shell and absolutely love it - thank you

I bought a birthday present online, for my aunt, from the London store. The purchase process was easy and the free gift wrapping and postage within England was a great bonus ! I was kept up-to-date on all details of packing and delivery via SMS and email. The gift was delivered very promptly and I am sure the beautiful earrings will be much loved, when the present is opened on my aunt's birthday, next week.

My daughters and I had a lovely time in this beautifully decorated store choosing a wedding gift, a christening gift, a graduation gift and a birthday gift. We were offered many cups of tea by our extremely patient assistant as we mused over and tried on almost the whole shop. A real treasure in the heart of London.
