On a hot day in London, I took my 28 year old cufflinks in for repair. Bought in Zimbabwe. They were accepted without a blink for a free service. It was my first visit to the shop. I was welcomed, offered a drink and not stalked while I browsed the admirable collection. I found a great present for my God daughter and could not resist taking something for the family too. Thought provoking stuff as more treasured animals become endangered. I also enjoyed the equisite lavatory. All in all - a wholesome experience!
