After an excellent transaction purchasing a wedding ring, I decided to purchase the 14k milgrain diamond huggies earrings for my wife for Christmas. The earrings came from Turkey, not from New York like the wedding ring, and I couldn't find an obvious 14k stamp on the earrings. My wife didn't like the catch on the earrings and thus, I immediately emailed Eternate to get return instructions. Despite numerous emails and phone calls, over the last month, the only time I heard from them was a month later by phone at 7am on a Saturday morning while sleeping which I missed. I have never experienced such poor service from any online company previously and I would never again purchase an item from this company.

We purchased this bracelet for my mom for her birthday on October 26th, 2023 and she loved it when it arrived! Today (January 17th, 2024), less than three months after purchased, one of the birthstones fell out of the bracelet. No problem - I figured their customer service would be willing to help rectify the situation and make the bracelet wearable again. Unfortunately, that was not the case! An exchange was completely out of the question, but I was offered to ship the bracelet back ($30 fee) and pay a $50 fee to fix the bracelet. Their solution was for ME to pay an additional $80 (cost of the bracelet was $220 before tax) to fix THEIR product. Awful customer service and clearly not a product that they can stand behind. Do yourself a favor and order from somewhere else!

I got a beautiful piece of jewelry in a timely manner. It was easy to find on the website, easy to order, and arrived perfectly packaged. The jewelry is wonderful quality as well.

I paid extra for 18k instead of 14k. They shipped 14k. I've emailed multiple times to initiate a return, but they haven't responded. Will need to dispute with my credit card company and hope for the best. Terrible experience.
