The ring is beautiful & very well made. I ended up exchanging the 4mm for a 3mm and couldn't be happier. The customer service is amazing and they made the exchange process very easy and hassle free. Emailed replied was prompt and delivery was also fast; within 2-4 days as sample rings were over the weekend and actual rings were during weekdays. I reached out to Eternate late on a Friday night before Easter weekend, I was panicking as rings I ordered from another company had arrived and they were horrible, the 14k white gold didn’t match my engagement ring, they were light and flimsy.. I had a planned elopement the next weekend. I found two perfect rings on Eternate’s website and wanted to order them but had to make sure I would get them in time. Mark responded to my desperate message within twenty mins! We talked back and forth, on Easter I placed my order and he was able to get my husband’s band to us by Tuesday!!!! International shipping from Turkey to Florida! He also engraved it! Because my half eternity band would take a week to make he sent me dummy rings to use for our ceremony that matched my husband’s band. Mark’s customer service deserves a million stars!! He is phenomenal and a huge asset! The band my husband chose is well made, comfortable and he loves it! A week later I received my wedding band and wow!!!!!! It was worth the wait, Mark even had it engraved to match my husband’s. My wedding band is intricate, every detail is perfect and it matches my engagement ring perfectly. Very comfortable to wear as well. I couldn’t gush more about Mark and this company. I recommend them constantly. Mark truly salvaged a bad situation for me. He eased my mind, took away my stress and then went above and beyond with details I didn’t think of. Fantastic experience.
