Great quality, style and excellent service

I do not recommend… I’m strongly questioning the legitimacy of these reviews. My 2 rings arrived yesterday in a nice little ring box. I opened the box to find a ring that looked like it had been stepped on (very badly bent) and a ring the wrong size. I ordered 2 the same size. The one that was the correct size was the stepped on/ smushed one, and the other was 2 sizes too big. The ring box was completely intact, so the only way this could have happened is if someone put the ring in the box like this. And I guess no one checked the sizes either?? Where are these rings coming from….. where is the quality control? Also a note for the “pink tourmaline” stone - the pink is barely discernible from the clear stones. I will not be shopping here again. EDIT: yeah they offered to exchange the rings for the correct (undamaged) ones if I sent back the ones I got. I declined. Just here to make sure someone doesn’t decide to use them for a more important life event. And I wouldn’t trust them to send me the correct (and undamaged) ones anyways.

I bought an engraved ring from Eternate that I loved. However, the engraving wore off after just 6 months of use. I reached out to their customer service team to see if I could get this item re-engraved or replaced given how quickly this engraving disintegrated, and they quoted me $100+ as a re-engraving fee, which I was not willing to pay. I wouldn't have expected to run into this issue within 6 months of wearing this ring, and it seems like major price gauging to have to pay that every 6 months moving forward when I run into this issue again and again. The bigger concern for me, though, is that I left a negative review on the product letting consumers know that this ring engraving wears off in a short time period. I got confirmation from their review vendor that my review was accepted, but it never showed up on their site, even after waiting a few weeks. I think they are suppressing negative reviews from appearing, which feels incredibly sketchy to me. Beware!

Bracelet was not at all what we hoped it would be. Was cheaply made didn't even fit- they refuse to fully refund us stating it looked like it was worn. IT WAS TOO SMALL! I was not able to wear it. Do not order from this website.

My experience with Eternate was fabulous! The ring looks awesome and the shipping was efficient. We had to return for a resize and they got right on it. Simple!!

So helpful and the rig was lovely. I ordered a replacement for my lost wedding ring as a Christmas present from my husband. Unfortunately, UPS lost the package. Hazel at Eternate was so kind and helpful. She offered to check into it with UPS and, if it was lost, to replace or refund the ring. Luckily, it was found and finally delivered. The packaging was so cool. I liked how the box lit up when I opened it. I am pleased with my purchase and glad the shipping situation was solved.

The ring was beautiful. I followed the steps to properly measure my finger, selected the engraving. It is perfect, just what I was looking for!

Purchased my wedding band from Eternate and got married June 2024. By November 2024, one of the stones had already fallen out. Note that there was no apparent damage to the prongs and this was basic daily use. I reached out and was quoted $50 to fix and $30 to ship. I sent my ring back and was told it would actually be $170 to fix. They were unwilling to do anything to make up for their mistake in pricing, not even cover shipping costs. Terrible experience.

I was nervous at one point when I couldn't get ahold of anybody on the phone at Eternate (I was checking on shipping status), so that would be my only slight negative comment. Definitely not buying from this site again. I ordered a ring to be delivered with 4 weeks time. It took more than 8 with no follows. The delivery date kept changing. This is not a reliable company with not customer service support. There absolutely better online options.
