I ordered bracelets for my mother and mother in law for my wedding day. Both fit their wrists fine. My mom’s broke within 2 hours and my mother in law’s later broke the next day. The sterling silver chain was dainty but clearly not sturdy.

This product is beautiful and has works with all of my outfits - it feels perfect for everyday wear so far. It is more lightweight than I expected but have had no issues as yet with the bracelet holding up to daily wear. I also reached out to the team for support in exchanging the bracelet for a different size. They provided excellent door-to-door customer service and made the effort to ensure I was satisfied. The communication has been outstanding. I originally ordered a wedding band for my engagement ring and although there was nothing wrong with the ring, I wasn’t super happy with how it paired up next to my engagement ring. I contacted Eternate customer service and they emailed me back so quickly asking how they could help. We sent multiple messages back and forth in a very timely manner and they were able to get the details just right so they could custom make the ring I knew I wanted!! It came in, and I couldn’t be happier with it. The engraving is perfect. BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!

Ring was much smaller than it appeared on the website. Can barely distinguish the amethysts because they are so small. Disappointing

Love my evil eye ring! My best friend and I each purchased this ring for each other as a gift to celebrate ten years of friendship with the month and year we met engraved into the ring. I unfortunately lost mine, but re purchased and reached out to customer service to ask if my ring could be engraved again, because the meaning is very important to me.
