I tried for nearly a year to claim compensation from an airline myself, which I was blatantly entitled to under law. They ignored me for months; I wrote numerous letters, quoted all the relevant law, and provided all the evidence. Eventually they acknowledged my claim and "investigated" it for several more months, after which they likened it to a car breaking down which was not their fault, and so dismissed my claim. I rejected this and was again told I was not entitled to compensation and this was final. I contacted the CAA several times and provided them with all my documentation. They acknowledged my correspondence, but did nothing else and I never heard from them again. I gave up for a while, but then decided to pursue it again and this time to use legal expertise. I looked at several online companies and contacted some of them. I chose EUclaim because they were the most cost effective and gave me the greatest confidence of success. The claim was re-opened. The airline was challenged with legal action in court, with additional costs and damages. The airline then informed me they investigated my claim again and found that I was entitled to compensation after all. Initially they told me I could only have redeemable holiday vouchers, spent with them. This was declined and shortly after that, the money was in my bank account. I had used template letters and followed advice given on a popular online consumer site. I am sure these would have been adequate if the airline had accepted my claim, but when they inform you "point blank" that they will not accept your claim, regardless of its legitimacy, your options become very narrow. The list of documents that EUclaim requested from the airline to present in court was long and comprehensive, and I imagine most people would not be aware of their existence. The difference between, attempting to take on an airline yourself, and using legal experts is immeasurable. I would recommend EUclaim 100%, and I have done to others.

The initial request for EUclaim to process my flight compensation was very easy to set up. From that point on they kept me well informed and achieved a great result. I would definitely recommend them.

From the moment we instructed Bott & Co to handle our flight delay complaint, to the successful outcome, I was assured by their availability, communications and professionalism. I would have no hesitation in using their services in future and would highly recommend others to do so.

My claim was an usual one, as the flight was delayed due to a plane flicking from a zone where weather was bad. I've tried with the airline numerous if times and they wouldn't accept my claim. I've decided to go with euclaim as I had nothing to loose .... They've accepted my claim and took the airline to a German court. Eventually the airline agreed to pay and the following day I had money in my account. Brilliant service ! Thanks

I think they take quite a big slice of the cake, but at least they are upfront about it. If there isn't a DIY option, it is better than getting nothing. The service was super efficient and they updated me throughout. They also replied to any direct queries efficiently. Really happy with service and have already recommended them to other parties who faced the same flight delays as I did.

I was so impressed in the way my claim was handled, they are certainly a five star Company. I initially contacted the airline directly, but was told I was not able to pursue a claim as my delayed flight was three years ago. I then contacted EU Claim and they passed my details to Bott Solicitors. Throughout I was kept informed and could track the progress of my claim online. I contacted them once by phone, my call was answered immediately, and the response was efficient and friendly. I recommend this company most highly. Thank you to all concerned.

Easyjet just sent a customer service letter to me then ignored me.Good service from EU claim. Easyjet paid up straightaway.I liked the no win no fee service though I think 27% commission+ plus an admin fee of £25 rather expensive.

After giving up on a claim after they knocked me back, Bott and Co got in touch with me and I thought I may as well give it a go, I had nothing to lose. The process was so easy, they did all the hard work, I just had to sign a few forms. They won my claim for me and the other passengers in the group! It has made me look into other delays I had and I have put in for them as well. Would recommend them to everyone, have done already to friends,

It's not the first time I experienced problems during air travel. This time, the airline gave me a voucher with a few miles to redeem, but after some research on the net, I found I had to write a letter to redeem them. Then I tried EUClaim. It was easy to fill the forms. I just had to send a scan of my boarding passes and my passport. They provided clear information. Their fees are high, but only if the result is positive, so there is no risk. They estimated that they could get 250 €, but clearly indicated it was not garanteed. After one month, I received 100 €. I am quite sure I would not have had such a result when filling myself a complaint. So, next time I will just relax and use EUclaim.

OK ... I could have persued my claim for compensation from Brussels Airlines myself but realistically I wouldn't have bothered. So, although 25% plus £25 seemed a lot at the time in fact it saved me hours of time. They know what they're doing and they were v helpful when I rang up to clarify something.

When I decided to try and claim compensation for delayed flights I had no idea what to do or where to go, I had a look online and found EU Claim and followed instructions, I found it so easy to do. I had a very quick response which was fantastic then it was all up to EU Claim, I could go in to my account and check the update any time as well as them sending emails with updates. I found the company to be very efficient and quick and within a very short time a cheque arrived, fantastic enough for another holiday in the sun. I would have no hesitation recommending EU Claim to anyone you have nothing to loose give it a try.

On my own I was getting fobbed off by the airline; and the ombudsman was little additional help. A few short communications with EU Claim, and they were on the case and got a result in very short order. I wished I gone straight to them in the first place. They must do it all the time.
