Took almost 15 months to get my refund for cancelled flight by TK. I was dissappointed to find that EUclaim is entitled to charge the debtor statutory interest, but the passanger is not entiteled to recieve any percentage of it. In my case they received 60 EUR interest for delayed payment on top of the 200 EUR compensation. I was paid only 200 EUR deducted with their commission.

After one year without any success, EU Claim sent an e-mail stating the process would need to progress with a UK Legal Partner. Chocking! If i would be interested in progress with the claim using other company i wouldnt be choosing EUClaim! My e-mail box got flooded with e-mails and reminders to sign new solicitors´ contract. Why would i sign a new contract if i already signed one? Shouldnt this new agreement be exclusively between EU Claim and UK solicitor? I think one year without results is extremelly poor, trying to pass this subject to a third party is even worse.

Pretty poor - very occasional case updates , each with a promise of action , but nothing actually done , Cut them loose after 3 years . Used Martins Money resolver site . Ryan Air paid in full in 10 days !

i'm surprised that i wont get the 600 euros... "EU regulation 261/2004: you may be entitled to €600 compensation" and not 439 euros. However i understand that you have to have your commission...and thank you for your work. but please do not mention us that we will get 600 euors./ thank you

I tried to get the compensation direct from Laufthansa. Despite a clear case, they refused hoping I would go away. Because I live in Greece, I decided to use euclaim, as it was going to be difficult to take the airline to court and I had already spent 2 months waiting for them to answer me. So I resorted to euclaim. Website, live chats and everything worked well.

I submitted the case in January 2016 of 5 passengers delayed over 10 hours to reach the destination. According to the laws it is a straight forward case and i should have recieved the resolution long time ago but so far have not had any decision apart from some indecisive emails. Extremely disappointing service. I would suggest go to any local high street solicitor for such cases rather than such companies. Please avoid!
