Flight was the first of November - received my claim money Jan 15th . I wouldn't have known how to get my money if it wasn't for EUclaim doing all the work for me. They made it extremely easy and kept me informed of the progress!

Having unsuccessfully attempted to pursue compensation direct with the airline I contacted EUclaim and quickly discovered that our case did meet the necessary requirements for compensation. 6 months later and we have finally received full payment from the airline. Ours was a complicated claim with 47 people involved. The company was very quick to answer any queries and were always very helpful. One snag was in the communication of bank details. Their system would appear to be mechanical and would not recognise some details even if they were correct. This led to some misunderstandings. Also their explanation of their charges was a little complicated in the terms & conditions, so we weren't sure how much the cost would be until well into the procedure. Indeed, we were not sure whether to go ahead with our claim for fear of unexpected costs. As it was BA accepted our claim with no trouble, so all in all Iam very happy with how things went

I contacted EUclaim after we had a long delay from Tenerife airport in March 2013. They accepted my case and kept me up to date with the proceedings. They won the case in December 2013 and my husband and I received the payment. Thanks to EUclaim

The EUclaim team did an excellent job. In under 10 months they got us our refund from the airline which otherwise was refusing to even talk to us when we tried this on our own. Would certainly strongly recommend their services to anyone. Needless to say the next trip is already booked. :)
