I purchased my new timer to replace an identical model I had been using for 3/4 years. Sadly I dropped the old one onto a hard kitchen floor. It was very much missed but fortunately easily replaced. Quick delivery, many thanks.

Service was great. They kept me informed the whole time regarding my order (when it went out of stock, and was back in stock), they were polite and friendly and seemed to want to help me and not just make a sale.

Bought 2 of the Durobor Raising Spirits Gin & Tonic glasses for a Christmas gift but both glasses were broken when delivered. Only ordered 10 days before Christmas so wasn't hopeful of getting a replacement in time. Emailed the company to inform them of the breakages and got a very quick reply offering a replacement or full refund. Opted for a replacement but then told there was only one left in stock. They were hoping to get another delivery before Christmas so I asked them to send the one they had and then send the 2nd as soon as new stock arrived. Couldn't fault the service from this company. Replied very promptly to emails even though it was a busy time of the year and sent out the 1st replacement as soon as I confirmed I still wanted the glass. Received it the next day in perfect condition. I presumed it would be after Christmas before the 2nd one arrived so was surprised to get an email a few days later letting me know the stock had arrived and it was being sent 1st class. Sure enough, it arrived the next day so I had both glasses before Christmas. 1st time ordering from this company and wouldn't hesitate to order again. Even in their emails it came across as if they cared about their customers and although the original glasses were broken, they did everything they could to make it right which is why I still wanted to write this review even thought it was 5 weeks ago (I forgot!). Great company to deal with and these are really lovely gin glasses and at a great price.

Ordered late on 02 Feb and received item on 05 Feb. I'd been looking for this item for some time and found it on this site much cheaper, ordering was really easy and delivery by Royal Mail was super quick despite every other delivery site saying that Royal Mail is holding deliveries up. Will definitely use them again.
