Item I was purchasing was easy to find on their site & was competitively priced. Item was well packaged & arrived without damage which is the main thing with an online order. I've given 4 stars rather than 5 as it took 3 days longer to arrive than a similar item purchased elsewhere. Overall, I like the company & would certainly order from them again.

Really good service. The original order was damaged in the post but following an email with photographs of the damaged goods, replacements were sent out really quickly. The product is of course excellent for spraying away the red wine stains! Thank you!

Oven thermometer arrived within a few days of placing the order. Package was intact and item undamaged. Thermometer was exactly as described, and as long as the oven door glass is clean, I found it quite easy to read the temperature, with the help of a torch.
